Cordoba bullfighting schedule 2014
CORDOBA FAIR
Sunday, 25th May: Novillada without picadors. Erales (young bulls) from the Cordoba livestock of “La Quinta” for the young bullfighters from Cordoba, Javier Moreno “Lagartijo”, José A. Alcalde “El Rubio” and Romero Campos.
Wednesday, 28th May: Novillada without picadors. Young bulls from “La Morantilla” stud farm, owned by Dr. Eliseo Morán for Rafael Reyes and Fernando Sánchez from Cordoba, and Antonio Suarez, a Venezuelan novillero from San Cristobal.
Thursday, 29th May: Bullfight. Bulls of “Jaralta” for Juan Diego, Paco Ureña and the presentation in Los Califas, as a bullfighter, of Andrés Luis Dorado from Cordoba (this bullfight was cancelled).
Friday, 30th May: Bullfight. Bulls of González Sanchez-Dalp for the matadors Antonio Ferrera, Curro Díaz and Saul Jiménez Fortes.
- Saturday, 31st May: Bullfight. Bulls from Zalduendo for Enrique Ponce, Morante de la Puebla and Alejandro Talavante.
- Sunday, 1st June: Bullfighting. Bulls from Manuel Santiago for Fermín Bohórquez, Leonardo Hernández and Manuel Moreno.
- Monday, June 2nd: Becerrada tribute to the women of Cordoba for the students of the Bullfighting Circle School of Cordoba, Rocío Romero, Jesús Pedregosa and Ignacio Ostos and three students from the schools of Granada, Ubrique and Málaga.
